How To Add Shared Mailbox To Iphone Mail

Go toSettings > Postal service >Add together account (in iOS 11 become to Settings > Accounts & Passwords > Add business relationship).
Select Other from the listing of types.
Tap Add Mail Account.
Enter a name for the postal service account (e.g. Shared Mailbox)
Enter the email accost of the shared mailbox
Enter the password of a mailbox that has admission to the shared mailbox (e.thou. your own password)
Enter a description for the mailbox (e.yard. Shared Departmental Mailbox)
Tap Next.
Select IMAP
Fill in the following:
Under Incoming Mail Server
Host Name: outlook.office365.com (this should work as is, only if you wish to insert the port number, information technology can exist added to the end of the host proper noun, preceded by a colon (e.k. outlook.office365.com:993))
User Name: enter the email address of the business relationship that has access to the shared mailbox, followed by a \ and and so the email address of the shared mailbox itself (due east.m. firstname.lastname@utoronto.ca\shared.mailbox@utoronto.ca). Password: Enter the password of the mailbox with the permission to access the shared mailbox
Under Outgoing Mail Server
Host Name: smtp.office365.com (this should work as is, but if y'all wish to insert the port number, it can be added to the end of the host name, preceded past a colon (east.g. smtp.office365.com:587))
User proper name: Enter the e-mail address of the mailbox with the permission to the shared mailbox (e.m. your firstname.lastname@utoronto.ca e-mail address)
Password: Enter the password of the mailbox with the permission to access the shared mailbox
Tap Next, so tap Salve.
In the next screen, cull which items to sync and tap Save.
Go out Settings and start the Mail app.
